I am extremely happy with the entire process involved in having my roof replaced by Mr. Estep’s 1ROOF company. Mr. Estep was completely transparent about the process, informative about his company and the materials he would use, and willing and able to answer any/all questions. He provided me with pictures of the damage he found during his inspection and with pictures of the finished product. There was never any salesman-type pressure for me to select his company for my roof replacement. His crew did a fantastic job cleaning up the debris from the project. I would highly recommend Mr. Estep and 1ROOF to anyone looking for roof repair and/or replacement.

Bobby to the rescue. We are renovating our home and re-framed one side of the house, walls and roof. I have installed 3 roofs myself and was prepared to do this job. While trying to find shingles that match, Bobby walked by and gave us his input. We started talking and the next thin you know he was at our home 48 hours later to install shingles. Bobby is professional, attentive and his pricing is fair. He does not “profile” based on the street or zip code you live in but rather provides a price based on the actual work to be completed. It is so rare today when you come across a company that does high level work, does exactly what they say, when they say and for how much they say. No BS discounting, no “Great Falls” pricing. Just 100% expertise, hard work and quality work. Bobby uses technology to measure your roof. He uses drones to photograph it. He explains and advises well. No one likes to buy a new roof. But he made feel like I invested in my home the right way. I can not recommend him enough.

Bobby Estep (owner) and Christie Nicholas (project manager) exceeded my expectations on customer service and quality work. Pricing was in line with other bids for the same job. Both were on site for work being done, extremely responsive to questions 24/7 and knowledgeable about both roofing and insurance process. Job was done when promised and clean up was thorough. Bobby came back himself to adjust one section of roof/gutter that was not draining properly.

1ROOF is great contractor to work with. Christie and Bobby make sure the roof is done professionally. They put protective sheets surrounding the house and the entire yard is cleaned up like nothing had happened. I highly recommend 1ROOF.

Bobby came over to assess our roof for any hail/wind damage as numerous homes in our area had experienced damage. He came out in a timely matter and did not find anything wrong with our roof besides for a missing shingle that he fixed for no charge. I will definitely use this company when we need a new roof!
